Subprocessors

movd uses a small number of companies to run the service. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job. We keep this page current; if we add or replace a subprocessor we will update it here.

Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase, hosts the movd app, the booking database and the private video storage. It handles booking details, item lists, capture video and staff accounts. Data is held in the EU.

Stripe takes card payments on its own checkout pages and tells us when a payment succeeds. Stripe receives your email address and the amount. movd never sees or stores card numbers.

Google, through the Gemini model, analyses still frames taken from your capture video to draft the list of items. Frames are sent for analysis and are not used to train the model. No name, address or contact detail is sent with them.

Resend delivers your quote, booking confirmation and receipts. It receives your email address and the contents of those messages.

Google Calendar holds the crew booking for your collection and delivery. It receives the job times, addresses and your email address as an invitee.

OpenStreetMap is used to display our coverage area. No personal detail is sent to it.
